2011 Tax Rate is $10.76 per thousand of assessed value.

Tax bills will be mailed out by October 31. If you don't receive your bill please call the office for your tax amount. Due date for taxes is December 1, 2011.

Albany bills are mailed annually.

The tax year is April 1 through March 31.

Typically, the tax rate is set in the fall.
Bills are mailed toward the end of October.

The due date is usually December 1.
(This all depends on the setting of the tax rate by the NH Department of Revenue).

Albany's 2010 tax rate was $10.89 per thousand of assessed value. Equalized ratio for 2010 was 96.8%.
