2009 Tax Rate is $10.87 per thousand of assessed value.

Tax bills will be mailed out by October 31. If you don't receive your bill please call the office for your tax amount.

Albany bills are mailed annually.

The tax year is April 1 through March 31.

Typically, the tax rate is set in the fall.
Bills are mailed toward the end of October.

The due date is usually December 1.
(This all depends on the setting of the tax rate by the NH Department of Revenue).
